Terry Kosierowski-Piccolo, Principal

Terry Kosierowski-Piccolo, “Ms. Classification”, and founder of TMK Advisory, has over 25 years of experience in the Human Resource field. Her professional experience spans the world of public and private businesses in various roles as a senior human resource executive. Terry has worked with clients in Music, Cable Television, Network Television, Advertising and Branding. As VP of Human Resources at Warner Music Group, Terry was instrumental in centralizing and standardizing a strategic talent management plan and implemented a comprehensive contingent workforce program. From her vast experience, across a wide range of projects, and many years of leading HR teams, Terry has been responsible for setting those HR visions and strategies supporting policies and processes, talent management, compliance, branding, metrics reporting and all generalist responsibilities.

She has consistently delivered flexible yet, disciplined solutions, and implemented various programs for employees, interns and a contingent workforce and has been a member of Senior HR management teams.

Brian Simpson, Associate

Brian is a process improvement and project management professional, with 15+ years experience in the music and healthcare industries leading high-visibility business transformation and customer initiatives that reduce cost, complexity and inefficiency.

Most recently, Brian worked as an internal consultant at Warner Music Group, implementing new technologies, leading multi-million dollar corporate savings programs, and designing lean process work streams all across the business – including: HR, legal, finance, IT, production, and merchandising. Prior to his time in the music industry, Brian worked at Cardinal Health in a variety of customer service, implementation, and Lean Six Sigma roles.

Throughout his career, Brian has been highly regarded for his ability to identify innovative business solutions, leverage data and technology, and create a meaningful vision for change that results in delighted customers and strongly engaged employees.
